Sweet Macaroni Salad
1 16 oz package of elbow macaroni 4 medium carrots 1 large green pepper, chopped 1 medium purple onion, chopped 2 cups of mayonnaise 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk 1 cup of cider vinegar 1/2 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper |
Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine macaroni and vegetables. Whisk together remaining ingredients until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Stir into macaroni mixture. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. |
